Facultural direction of the works of rehabilitation and adaptation of the houses included in the municipal programfor the rehabilitation of housing of people in a vulnerable situation.

Elaboration of a technical and social diagnosis, prescription of solutions for the functional and energetic adaptation, control of the entire process and construction management. The objective is to promote improvements in housing conditions of accessibility, habitability and energy efficiency. The beneficiaries will be selected by the Housing Consortium of Barcelona through the program call for granting for home interior renovations,  opened on 25 May.
