The IEE course responds to the new requirements on Rehabilitation, Energy Efficiency and Accessibility proposed by Law 8/2013, of June 26, on Urban Rehabilitation, Regeneration and Renovation and the technical report that apartments older than 30 years will need to fill to show compliance: the Building Evaluation Report (IEE).

Teachers from the university and professional practice covered each subject. Among them two deputy directors and two technical advisers of the Directorate General of Housing and Land Architecture of the Ministry of Public Works that are the officials who have developed this new law, including this new Report. The course has the support and collaboration of the Ministry of Development, which has trusted Acceplan to begin training future specialists.

The course is aimed at architecture and engineering technicians.
